wow, i can hardly swallow the fact that michael johns is no longer an American Idol contestant. He's definitely one of the crowd's favourite, the judges' favourite, n i think he's a real pursuer who really has the qualities to become an idol. only the fact that he's an Australian..so maybe thats a reason for his elimination. He cracked me up when he sang the Queen medley n of course Aerosmith's dream on.. but thankfully david cook is stil on the show. Wow, i 'fell in love' with him from the start when he sang his own style of Happy Together.. n when he put a great performance while performing Chris Cornell's blues version of a Michael Jackson classic "Billie Jean", that really nailed the judges and us all. Rockers who have been listening to king Cornell dont need to be reminded of how great such pop song can be turned into a beautiful, full of soul rock tune..but thanks to Cook, mainstreamers got a chance to listen to rock the right way.

Wow, i never thought that finally i am a true mainstreamer guy.. wathing Idol, ANTM cycle by cycle until i fall.. buy Ikea stuff and branded tees.. drive to work n back home at 5pm++.. karaoke sessions once in a while.. well none of these ever crossed my mind few years back, while i'm still in UIA.. but hey, its hard (n rather inappropriate) to stay in a genre.. most important thing is that i am happy and not cheating myslef, rite? hehe.. but still, wow.
